Please review the enrolment form in its entirety prior to completing it as the form cannot be saved.

Before you begin, please have ready:

• An electronic copy of the student's birth certificate (NZ only) / passport / NZ citizenship certificate
• electronic evidence of New Zealand residency or visa, if not a NZ citizen
• contact details of caregivers
• health information, and 
• electronic copies of any learning support report
